Refund policy
RETURNS
I accept returns on art prints within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK and EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return please email artbymartharose@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me as soon as possible if there are any issues, including damage during transit, so this can be assessed and resolved.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email artbymartharose@gmail.com.
