Cancellation policy

Some items in my store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. I will collect the full cost of the item at the time of payment. You may cancel an order up until the pre-order closing date. This date will be clearly stated at the top of the item description. After this closing date, the order has been fulfilled. This means that you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See the Refund Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
